Nigella's Cherry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Base
125g digestive biscuits
75g unsalted butter

Cheese layer
300g cream cheese (at room temperature)
60g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla
good spritz of lemon juice
250ml double cream

Topping
Cherry jam(or any jam you like)

    tapi pk 100 kali nak buat sbb umah ni ,kita je makan cheese cake.aritu wat kena ulur2 jiran.sengeh manjang dorg.kalu x tersadai.
